This policy describes how VPNZD processes data across its website, user panel, and international route subscription service. Account Details and How They Are Used
VPNZD does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. The account system processes the username and login credentials to create an account, verify identity, and manage subscriptions. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.
Order records include the selected plan, payment status, subscription status, data allowance, and related transaction identifiers. They are used to provide subscriptions, verify payments, calculate remaining data, and handle refunds. When users submit a support ticket, this service also processes the ticket text and any attachments they choose to provide to investigate issues and respond. Do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, or subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNZD's privacy position is “anonymous, no-logs”: VPNZD does not record which websites users visit through its routes, or retain browsing content, request content, or historical connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. This does not mean that account, order, and billing records are never kept.
While a connection is active, temporary connection state is processed to relay data and maintain the session. This state is used only for the current connection and is not retained as historical connection logs. Data usage is summarized at the account level for allowance calculations and does not include a list of websites visited. When reporting a technical issue, describe the error and avoid sharing browsing details unrelated to the problem.
Access Statistics and Browser Storage
Website access statistics help VPNZD understand page views, referral sources, and button clicks to improve content and navigation. These statistics cover interactions with the website only; they do not extend to other websites users visit through international routes. Do not submit passwords, login credentials, or subscription details.
Cookies and local storage are used to retain login state, language selection, and essential interface preferences. Specific use depends on the relevant feature. Users can restrict cookies or clear site data through their browser settings. Clearing locally stored login credentials may require signing in again, but does not automatically delete server-side account or order records. Sign out and clear relevant site data after using a shared device.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Data Sharing
VPNZD supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider. This service receives the payment status and transaction identifier needed to verify an order and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. The provider's own privacy policy and transaction rules govern its handling of payment details.
Data is used or shared only as necessary to verify payments, deliver subscriptions, and handle disputes. Where disclosure is legally required, only data covered by a valid request is disclosed. VPNZD does not use users' browsing content for transactions or marketing.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the subscription. Order and refund records are retained as required for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and statistics are retained or aggregated only for as long as needed for their respective purposes. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period for all data categories; historical connection logs are not retained.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account details, specifying the scope of the request. After verifying identity, this service will process the request. If records must be retained by law or for an unresolved transaction, the reason will be explained. Deleting an account may affect subscription access; resolve outstanding orders first. A deletion request is not a refund request.

If data practices or service features change, VPNZD will update this page and revise the month shown as the last update. Significant changes that affect users' rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Users can revisit this page to review the applicable rules.
